The Fragrance

Lapsang Souchong black tea captured in headspace opens the composition with a smoky trail, joined by green galbanum, cardamom, and dry pepper. The heart reveals warm, mineral saffron, softened by bitter maté, resinous olibanum, and powdery iris. In the base, tanned leather, fruity osmanthus, and earthy patchouli create a textured depth.

Born into a family with a passion for scents, Julien Rasquinet discovered the olfactory riches of nature at a very early age.

After graduating from business school, he changed direction after meeting one of France's greatest perfumers, Pierre Bourdon, who passed on his know-how and artistic vision, inherited from his own master, Edmond Roudnitska.
