We want no one to give up on discovering their olfactive signature because there is no perfumery nearby, because shipping costs are too high, or for fear of making a wrong choice.
That's why we offer free shipping and free returns throughout the European Union if the perfume ordered does not suit you (excluding samples and discovery sets).
Free Shipping in the EU
At SCENTISSIME, shipping is free for any product priced above €59, throughout the European Union.
For samples or discovery sets, individual shipping fees are charged.
Outside the European Union, you benefit from the tax-free selling price and negotiated shipping costs, lower than their actual cost. Customs fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Free Returns
At SCENTISSIME, you have the right to make a mistake, or simply not like a perfume.
When you receive a perfume, it comes with a sample. You can smell its fragrance before opening your order, and if you don't like it, we will take back the perfume.
The return procedures vary depending on the country. Just contact us and we will arrange the return in the best possible way.
When the perfume is received, we check that it is in perfect condition and can be returned to stock. If that's the case, we will refund you without any discussion.
