The Fragrance

Mandarine & Maté Vert is a refillable green citrus eau de parfum. Mandarin and lime meet thyme, lavandin and passion fruit before revealing the crisp, herbal bitterness of maté. Osmanthus, vetiver and patchouli extend the freshness into an elegant woody trail. Layering: Wear it with Poire & Santal Blanc for a brighter, softer green accord, or add Rose Blanche & Gardénia for a more enveloping floral trail. The clear breath of a morning out of step. Thyme and the green tulip accord give a herbaceous twist to the luminous freshness of mandarin and lime. Then maté - that tea drunk from the calabash on the Argentine highlands - infuses its vegetal bitterness, its cold light. Elegant vetiver and woody patchouli come to envelop the apricot-leathered facets of the osmanthus at the heart. Passion fruit and lavandin hold the light; the whole prolongs itself, restrained, in time. Central material: Maté - leaf sourced through traceable programmes, infused to reveal its green bitterness and herbal depth. A living matter, rarely seen in haute parfumerie, that signs the composition.

The Brand

C_RAY's approach is to recapture the spirit of Cologne, historically associated with freshness and a daily ritual, while giving it the structure and sophistication of an eau de parfum.

The collection brings together seven unisex fragrances, designed around central materials and distinct olfactory families. The compositions can be worn alone or layered, according to individual preferences.

This layering possibility is based on a shared accord called Fleur de Cuir. It combines four characteristic materials: maté, with vegetal and herbaceous facets; osmanthus, with fruity nuances reminiscent of apricot and leather; oakmoss, with undergrowth accents; and juniper, with woody and smoky tones. Their dosage varies from one composition to another, creating a common thread between the perfumes.
