“Claudio Zucca Parfums draws its inspiration from my memories, my experiences, and the desire to rediscover what I needed to rediscover—as if it were a form of therapy. I never had many photos to help me relive certain experiences or moments, but I’ve always been in the habit of smelling everything within my reach. That is how I began to recreate my memories through scent, so that I could carry them with me and relive them in a sensory way that transcends any other dimension through my creations.”

The Story

"It was thanks to my mother’s deep love for the world of perfumery that I was introduced to fragrances at a very young age and developed my knowledge of them, inheriting that same passion, which, over the years, would only grow stronger and take deeper root. But everything changed during a particularly difficult period in my life, and it was almost as a form of therapy that I decided to immerse myself in the world of fragrance composition, thereby discovering a new way to express myself and give shape to this passion. Years of self-taught experimentation, combined with a spirit of sharing, gave rise to “Claudio Zucca Parfums,” a fragrance house of my own creation that tells my story, my life, and my vision of perfumery.”

An architect who has always been driven by a passion for perfumes and scents, Claudio Zucca felt the need to recreate his own memories through smells. This is how his journey as a self-taught perfumer began—almost as a form of therapy—to bring back hidden moments buried deep in his mind, with the goal of helping people reconnect with their own feelings and emotions.

Bois Primitif, one of the bestsellers, blends cinnamon, lavender, and creamy vanilla. For now, the brand is little known outside of Italy and among enthusiasts, but we hope to help change that."
