A striking scent of colors: warm and captivating tones of Saffron and black pepper mixed with a certain sensuality, Jasmine alongside leather on a base of woody notes and vanilla. The promise of unparalleled sensations emanating from the lanes of the Red City – the shimmering colors and oriental smells – is explored through Saffron Flower.

    The Brand

    Founded in 2019 by Nadia Benaisa, Les Soeurs de Noé pay tribute to the art of perfumery. Through the magic and emotions distilled by its perfumes, Les Sœurs de Noé celebrates the finest perfumery expertise.

    The talented perfumers Jérôme Epinette and Pierre Wulff masterfully blend precious ingredients. These are then housed in elegant bottles designed by Pierre Dinand, whose blue in the first collection reminded the Founder of the horizon line in Morocco, the azure of Tangier overlooking her grandfather’s house, and the indigo of Villa Majorelle in Marrakech.

    Rooted in art as much as in sustainability, Les Soeurs de Noé invites you to a dialogue between the intimate and the universal, where each olfactory creation reveals an emotion that blossoms upon contact with the skin.

    The Perfumer

    Jérôme Epinette is a French perfumer born in Burgundy. Passionate about scents and winemaking since childhood, he studied biochemistry and olfaction in Dijon, then trained at the Institut du Parfum in Grasse, the world capital of perfume.

    Jérôme Epinette's style is elegant, refined and modern, combining quality ingredients with a touch of daring and originality. He draws inspiration from his travels, encounters and memories, but also from his love of wine, which he often compares to perfumery.

    Jérôme Epinette has received several awards for his work, including the Fragrance Foundation's prestigious "Perfume Extraordinaire" award in 2021.
