The Fragrance

The inspiration: "Conceived as an olfactory expression of true friendship, in collaboration with the Facebook fragrance group Eau My Soul, Anamcara is an exceptional Fruity-Floral-Woody composition based on precious natural ingredients. Its name means “soul friend” in Gaelic, a person to whom one would turn for life advice and spiritual guidance; the central idea was to create a fragrance that would unite people in spite of borders and barriers, by gracefully radiating aesthetic pleasure, emotional bliss, and clarity of mind." – Pissara Umavijani

The Brand

The Dusita House offers perfumes that evoke various forms of art, starting with the poetry of Montri Umavijani, the father of Pissara.

A multi-talented artist, Pissara Umavijani does not only create unique and characterful perfumes, she also draws illustrations that capture the spirit of her fragrances.

This passion for refined perfumes begins with a love for French perfumery. The House adds to this the knowledge of fragrant oils, powders, and resins from its Thai heritage.

The internationally awarded Dusita perfumes are enriched by Pissara's boldly creative and contemporary touches, making them both current and timeless.

The Perfumer

Pissara Umavijani grew up in Thailand, in a house filled with books and poetry. A young artist passionate about fragrances, she began to create her own perfumes, mixing rare and precious scents.

She dreamed of opening her own Perfume House, and in 2011, she brought her dreams and creations to Paris. After learning the science of perfumes on her own, she continued to produce her first collection of exclusive fragrances with a large perfume production house in Grasse.

Parfums Dusita was launched in 2016, becoming the newest Maison de Haute Parfumerie in France.
