A complex and rich tapestry unfolds, shot through with bolts of cardamom, black pepper and ginger at the start. Flashes of bergamot, pine and elemi are glimpsed like shooting stars against the night sky. A rich and intoxicating Bulgarian rose and jasmine partnership lie at the heart of the scent. A timeless conjunction of ingredients which give, at times, velvety, sumptuous, cognac-laced facets. Fleshy petals rain from the heavens. Precious woods - cedar, sandalwood and guaiac - complete the scent, imparting deep, resinous facets to the base. A golden, honeyed tone brings a vein of warmth, silky against the dark backdrop.     Summanus was the monarch of the night, also associated with nocturnal thunderstorms. This scent celebrates him, as Jupiter’s oft-forgotten twin, and its electric lightning bolts of cardamom and black pepper pay homage to his powers. The moody base of the scent represents the darkness of the night sky, over which Summanus reigns.  It’s immediately apparent from spraying Summanus that this scent is as dark and brooding as the god for which it is named. Summanus is the perfect evening scent for those who want smouldering intensity, dark, brooding looks and an air of mystery. The brooding scent of night warmed with spices and amber.
