It is always others who write our tombstones and define the narrative of our lives. But the bottles of the TOMBSTONE brand are silent, and this silence means: "we are not defined by the words of others".

History

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, death no longer seems like a distant concept: it becomes something we feel increasingly close to, while the fear of the inevitable only robs our lives of meaning.

It is with this perspective that TOMBSTONE was founded in 2023 by the perfumer Xiao Lan, in collaboration with a group of perfumers and artists who shared the belief that openly discussing mortality is a form of liberation.

Together, they create bold and poetic perfumes that reinvent the olfactory universe as a space for reflection, rebellion, and emotional depth. The brand launched its first collection in 2024 and currently offers five perfumes.

The Founder

Her work refuses to follow rules or reproduce existing norms, as neither art nor perfume should be confined. Dedicated to creating innovative and meaningful olfactory artworks, she leads TOMBSTONE on both visual and olfactory levels. Through each of her creations, she seeks to deeply evoke what is invisible.
