The house
The House of Korloff draws its inspiration from a legendary black diamond: the Black Korloff. Originally a jeweler, the House gradually expanded its expertise into perfumery, with one ambition: to translate the many facets of its universe into fragrances, combining Parisian elegance, sensuality, and audacity.

Since its origins, the House of Korloff has explored the far reaches of the world in search of rare treasures, those precious stones that the earth reveals only sparingly.
But over the course of its distant travels, the House of Korloff discovered far more than jewels: it captured emotions, unique sensations, and memories that cling to every place it passed through.

The founder
Inspired by the beauty and rarity of the diamond, Daniel Paillasseur acquired the legendary “Korloff Noir” and named his house in tribute to its former owners. For eighteen months, the exceptional hardness of the Korloff black diamond was worked to reveal a mysterious 88-carat brilliance. Forty-five years later, the Korloff Noir remains a source of inspiration, embodying the soul and essence of the house.
With a boutique at 12 rue de la Paix, in the heart of Paris’s diamond district, and a network of exclusive boutiques and corners in fifty countries, Maison Korloff is renowned for its K73 and K88 diamond cuts, which pay tribute to the octagonal shape of Place Vendôme and the house’s iconic black diamond.
