    The Fragrance

    This composition is an exploration of a different facet of the Oud. This wood "more precious than gold" has often been expressed through a woody, spicy or animalic aspect. But it also possesses a fruity facet which, when skilfully crafted, reveals the Oud in a whole new light. That's why a juicy, ripe mango top note is a must, mingling with this fruity dimension of the Oud. Fruity nuances of osmanthus weave a delicate link between mango and Oud. In the base, a refined accord of soft woods, vanilla and iris brings a velvety texture, enveloping the Oud with grace and depth. Astrum Nova is part of the "Lustrous" collection.
